Machine readable
Machine Readable introduces an indicator which represents the total count of machine-readable datasets over the total count of datasets.
Availability
This indicator shows how accessible the dataset is, while checking if it's not broken and contains contact information.
Metadata completeness
This measure is an average of the missing metadata across a defined set of fields: licence, author, organisation, date released and date updated.
